Do you have gemologists on staff ?
Yes. We currently have Graduate Gemologists on staff. These gemologists are an integral part of our customer service team. If you have any further questions, you can speak with a graduate gemologist at any time.

Am I really investing in gemstones when I buy one of your jewels ?
The materials we use at Baldrois are of the highest quality on the market today, when you purchase jewelry from our brand that includes these gemstones, we turn our customers investors. Our pieces never lose value. OF COURSE YOU ARE INVESTING.
How can I make sure the diamonds I recieve are real ones ?
We ship every loose diamond and diamond engagement ring with an independent lab report (IGI) only ones over 0.4 carats.
This report can be examined by a qualified gemologist and compared against the unique characteristics of your diamond.
What are conflict-free diamonds ?
Conflict-free diamonds are diamonds that were not obtained due to human rights abuses, civil war, child labor, violence, or environmental degradation.
At Baldrois, we make sure that our customers receive conflict-free diamonds. Our internal guidelines exceed government requirements:
Shipping
Once the payment of the piece has been made, the production and handcrafted manufacturing process begins, which can take between 1-2 months as they are made with rigorous attention to detail so that our quality is extremely high.
What type of payments do you accept ?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) as well as PayPal.
Many customers, when purchasing high value items such as our products, prefer to do so by wire transfer.
We must receive confirmation from our bank that the transfer has been completed before we begin manufacturing.
At our sole discretion, we may require payment by wire transfer for any international orders or orders over $20,000.
For security purposes, Baldrois may request additional documentation (such as driver's license, photocopy of credit card, etc.) for some transactions.

Are all our materials certified ?
All the materials that we use are 100% certified by organizations dedicated to them, Laboratorio Gemológico MLLOPIS . These certificates will be included in the packaging of the piece and also will be available in online format for our buyers. We want to commit ourselves to our customers and make them trust us.
Can I add the gemstones I want to the piece I purchase?
At Baldrois we have our own treasure trove of gemstones that our customers can view in the gemstones section, any of these stones can be added to the desired piece from the collections.
